Welcome to Maplocs (“the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pedal Rhythm Technologies is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to route inaccuracies, data loss, or unauthorized access.

  • Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
